I would like to demonstrate for you all how I budget. The following is an artistic representation of my budgeting practices.

Me at the grocery store, mathing.
My cat helping out. She authorized the $5000 per month budget on cat food and treats but I said no. So we’re getting $5000 of cat food and treats this month.
Me at the gas pump.
Me figuring out my dark chocolate budget.
Me realizing I just got my paycheck and I’m already -$27.33.

    1. I would argue that hamburger helper – with the hamburger, not just the helper – costs exactly the same as fancy feast. Lol I’m more of a sloppy Joe fan, myself.

      Yesterday, I had to buy the new temptations food because my cat won’t eat the other three bags of cat food in the closet. 🤦‍♀️

      3. I love the look of utter disdain when you bring home the damn near most expensive one and they completely blow it off.
        We are talking Manwich type and not the Jersey version, right?
