I’m more of an Eagles fan

Daily writing prompt
Are you patriotic? What does being patriotic mean to you?

I mean, the Patriots are fine. But really, Detroit has the best uniforms. That blue and silver is superb. I’m just not much of a football fan.

Oh. This isn’t about football, is it? Huh.

Have a great day, everyone.

      1. There’s a definite pattern AI is used to draft almost the entire thing:
Bullet 1 (totally sterile “professional” tone like reading a parts manual_
        Bullet 2 (See Bullet 1)
Bullet 3 (See…Well you get the point)
        Bullet 4
Conclusion: All wrapped up in a neat little bundle.

Now, I am obviously not against AI, but when your input is clearly near zero, it gets boring real quick. Use it all you want, but when I see the same post over and over damn near word for word, everywhere, it’s like…c’mon man. At least try to put your own stamp on it somehow.
And yeah, I totally use AI to make images, but I am at least thinking up the prompts and trying to make something fun with it, and the concepts are from my head. I don’t random generate.

      2. Oh, the people are real I think. It’s what they’re posting that might be more artificial. I don’t care other than once you see the pattern, you see the lack of personality in the article too.
I mean, I am sure some pure artists would say the same about my shit, so who am I to judge?

      3. Well, I feel like if I am going to utilize the tool, the least I can do is put some work in on my end. It’s not always as easy as one would think to get something you want. It’s still a young tech and it takes some actual finesse I have found
I mean, use AI to give you ideas and an outline, cool. But then try and put some of yourself into it too. 🤷‍♂️

      4. Makes sense. I remember poor Eva when she couldn’t get the knife right. That still makes me laugh. And it’s not the images that make me laugh. It’s your little comments that are funny. And that’s part of your input, not the AI.

      5. And some follow that pattern and aren’t necessarily machine generated. You can kinda see after you read a few.
Some people use bullets and a conclusion and it’s totally organic, but there’s a sterility to some articles that really makes me look twice. And too many similarities from one post to another sometimes.

      6. I think that’s because that’s the way people believe that they’re going to get the most views or clicks. When you read about blog writing that’s what they tell you. I think it’s total crap. It’s too sterile. Where is the personality?

      7. I just avoid it. It creates too much fire. People become fuses that are lit quickly when politics enter the discussion. I don’t even want to talk about non-partisan. I find it all to be inflammatory, or at least a very high potential of becoming inflammatory. 😅

      1. 😂 I haven’t concentrated on the Flyers in a long time. And last time I concentrated on the Sixers was when AI was on the team. I’m taking a long hiatus, apparently. 😊

      2. lol! that’s true, it’s been a minute. But those were good times I still remember the playoffs. Of course they’re trash when they play the Celtics. Lol! Not that you’re biased or anything. 😁

      3. Joel Embiid flat out said it. “We’re not rivals. They always whip our ass”
        😄
Those were the good old days though. Jordan and the Bulls, Kobe, Shaq, AI, etc…

    1. Yes!😂
The players needed helmets when Andy was serving rockets! 😂
To see up close how fast the ball goes and how hard they hit the ball is mind blowing. 🤯😅😊

      1. It’s crazy. I’m just an ageing lower team player and I’m amazed at how our young Club players can hit the ball. And that’s not a fraction of what the top pros do. I mean, if you’re at Wimbledon or close up at indoor events it’s properly scary. Though I’d love to stand on the receiving end of a top player’s serve just to get the feel. 😀🎾

      2. If you’re on the receiving end of a top player’s serve, you will definitely need the sumo outfit and the helmet and probably a huge tennis racket to protect yourself😂

These kids, I don’t know ! They are something else. I really like Alcaraz. I noticed him I think a year and a half ago and thought he was going to be something. Also Sinner has the it factor too.
