If I knew that, I would know how to make these blog prompts better.

No one can know the answer to this question. You may think you can, but you cannot. Everything can change in the blink of an eye. You can lose everything, you can gain everything. You have no idea what your biggest challenge will be in six months.

Edit: after I wrote this this morning, which will now be yesterday morning as this is a scheduled post, I got into a car accident. It was a normal day, I was coming home from the store, and Bam. A car accident. A cascade of unpleasant events occurred from that point on. I am OK (I think) and the person involved the accident was also OK. But what I’m saying is, life can change in an instant. There is no way to know what your biggest challenge will be in six months. There is no way to know what your biggest challenge will be today.

  1. When seen this question prompt on my WordPress dashboard, I thought, as you have said in your post, how can I answer a question like that, when you don’t know what’s going to happen in 6 months.

    I hope you are ok after your accident. Take it easy. I imagine you are pretty shaken after that.

  2. You know, you didn’t have to go to that extreme to make your point, Amy. Practical application was not required in this instance.

    In all seriousness, I am very glad you are ok (You are still ok, right?) and that no one was seriously hurt. But, your point is well illustrated – We truly never know. Take care!

  3. While individual moments may be unpredictable, life as a whole and the world continue to exist with their own rhythms and patterns. While we cannot foresee every twist and turn in our personal journeys, we can still navigate life’s uncertainties with resilience and adaptability. Despite the unpredictability of individual moments, the broader context of life and the world provides a sense of continuity and purpose.

While the sun predictably rises and sets each day, the rest of the world is chaos, almost like an AI generated comment is snippet of chaos amongst cleverly, thought out and heartfelt individual comments which provide a sense of community as we continue on our individual journeys to escape from the chaos that is all around us.
