I buy whatever is the cheapest. There’s not enough money now to declare I have favorite brands, and quite frankly, even if I had more money, I still wouldn’t be brand loyal.

I’m loyal to your statement…

tack on and then call it a sale. that s bullshit.

That is true. it happens a lot. There’s a chair I was looking at, and I’ve been watching the price on it. It was raised one day before a “sale” and then went on “sale” for more than the original price, and there is no savings, even with the 20% off “sale” price

complete and utter bullshit.

the cost is high and that is why we deny we want it. you want it. sit down and be joyous.

Well, this wasn’t that high for a chair really. I would’ve bought it if it had dropped below the threshold that I set for myself. But it didn’t do that. They wouldn’t accept my promo code therefore I removed it from my cart and I will check on it later. Then I sat down in my old chair and was joyous because I didn’t spend money.

Who even has time to latch on to a “brand”? I buy whatever is cheapest unless I learn food wise, that it tastes like utter crap, then I search for better but never based on brand.

Exactly. When there used to be real sales, and I mean brand names went on sale, you could say you were getting a deal. Now, because nothing is ever on sale, you must determine which tastes the best and which doesn’t.
I was standing in the toilet paper aisle the other day, counting how many sheets of toilet squares were in each package and doing math to figure out what the best price was. I stood there for 10 minutes at least, with very loud commentary running about how much I am willing to spend on toilet paper. And don’t even get me started on the cost of napkins. I’ve gone through every curse word in that aisle.

Omg I know. Paper products have gotten so high that I can’t even buy them based on how soft they are. I just have to take the generic and pretend it’s normal to feel like I’m using leaves and sticks 😂😂

Never cared and wouldn’t drop money like that even if I was rolling in the deep and up to my ears! We can be drab and fab together, Amy ❤ !!! 😉 P.s. You are worth way more in gold and not enough brands could do you justice!

Thanks, Siri! I appreciate that. Let’s be drab and fab 4ever! ♥️

Am I crazy or is this question of the day like a marketing ploy or something? I’m thinking of putting that as my answer to this question lol 😝

I think it’s a marketing thing or it’s another incidence of data mining. They ask questions in different ways to data mine,
thinking we don’t know what’s happening. I’ve called them out on it in my responses, so why not go for it in yours? 😆

I’m 💯 with you. Since we don’t receive royalties from them, I don’t feel any loyalty toward them.

I guess I am loyal if it’s a favorite brand..like Mayo and Soda.

I never buy the cheapest, it’s normally garbage, I buy the second cheapest, the quality for price difference is huge.
