I found this video of Bubba and his brother Rafa in my phone today. Bubba had the softest belly – his fur was like velvet, but his belly was like a fluffy cloud. Bubba was a laid-back cat and liked his belly rubbed. Rafa was ticklish on his belly and didn’t like it pet. Rafa was sassy and would always backtalk. The sound he makes in this video is his backtalk. Volume up for best purring listening experience. I miss them every day, especially Bubba, my cat soulmate. 🩶🖤

Aww, a Russian Blue. They’re so sweet, but extremely loyal to very few people. At least the one that my ex fiancé had was. But such a sweet animal and beautiful. 😊

Thanks. 😊 He’s a mutt, believe it or not. But I always thought of him as a Russian Blue because I’ve always wanted a Russian Blue. I finally got my gray cat when he was born (in my house). He very much had the sweet personality of a Russian Blue, but his mother was a run-of-the-mill tortie and his father was a brown tabby (we think). Bubba was friends with everyone and wanted to be a trash man, UPS driver, plumber, or electrician when he grew up. He was fascinated by all of these things and would “help” plumbers and electricians when they came to fix stuff. Bubba never met a person he didn’t like. He was a fan of television. He preferred watching nature shows and tennis. None of my other cats ever realized television was a thing. He was very smart. 🩶

Sounds like he’s a cat or jack of all trades lol. Looks like a real sweetie. I’m very happy for you. 😊

He was very precious. He was kind of like a dog. Probably the most dog-like cat I’ve ever known. 😊

I was going to say he’s lucky to have you, but I think the true answer is you’re both lucky to have each other. 😀

They are both very beautiful. I’m sorry they are gone now. It’s heartbreaking when we lose them. Animals are family to me. Never have considered them just pets. 🫂

Thank you. My heart shattered the night we had to rush Bubba to the emergency vet and had no choice, but to have him euthanized. They are definitely more than pets, they are family. I still cry about it. 🩶

My former cat was also really lovely. She died about 5 years ago and she’s what got me to get another cat. I just could not be without one. My current cat also has a similar name to my former one. That’s how much I loved her.

Haha, that’s just a sampling. Poor Susie is serenaded with random songs all the time and she just stares at me 😂

You have a “Susy” too? What is she? Mine is a crazy Calico who acts more like a dog.

Yes, I have a Susie. She’s a brown tabby. She’s the only one left of her little cat family. She acts a cat. Her brother Bubba acted like a dog.
